Windows 10 market share breaks 20 percent, but pace of growth still slowing

Windows 10's adoption rate has crept above to 20% line, at least intermittently. While that's progress for Microsoft, the company appears to mostly be converting Windows 8 / 8.1 users, and the current adoption pace won't push MS past its self-set 1 billion device target by July 29.
