Instrument error: AMD, FCAT, and Ashes of the Singularity benchmarks

There's a report making the rounds that claims AMD cards perform terribly in Ashes of the Singularity based on results captured using Nvidia's FCAT tools. In this case, it's the tools that are wrong -- not the GPU.
