New paper alleges servers, some DDR4 DRAM still vulnerable to critical Rowhammer attack

The Rowhammer exploit doesn't target software, but DRAM itself -- and new research confirms that this problem is still present on both high-end servers with mitigating technologies and at least some Micron DDR4.
